The strategy and operations of professional services have been my focus for the last 25 years. My passion is to build great professional services organisations, starting with a clear strategy and putting this into action through organic growth, mergers and acquisition, financial business management, technology and AI, branding and business development.
My qualifications include a German Law Degree, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard, and a qualification as an Executive Coach.
Over my career, I have worked as a consultant, strategy head and COO for firms including McKinsey, magic circle firms Freshfields and Linklaters, mid-market law firm Addleshaw Goddard, start-up consulting firms, and Legal Tech businesses. Currently, I am the COO for a growth investor in UK regional law, Lawfront.
Across my roles, success means at least doubling profits within three years.
